It is especially geared to supplying news to refinery nonexempt personnel. We hope to develop it into an all-inclusive interactive site. My past experience as a Union representative and as Refinery Process Division Chairman has taught me that our Union is most effective when the members are informed of what is going on.  Creating this site, I think, will go a long way in filling that void.</FONT></div> <div>     Hopefully more of our membership will become involved in this project and help me to keep it going.
